So I felt pretty special getting to do this family session as I have known Kim since she was Adelynn’s age, Alex, since high school when he and Kim became sweethearts. So growing up with Kim and Alex and now getting to watch their children grow up is an honor as I see so much of them in their children.

Adelynn is the spitting image of her Kim, and it is clear to see who Jaxton’s daddy is. While Adelynn isn’t a mommy’s girl or a daddy’s girl at the moment and instead rather miss independent, Jaxton was totalling being his daddy’s boy and being his momma’s stinker. At one point, not even wanting to hug his mom without a little coaxing, but it sure did turn out for some cute photos.

Jaxton and Adelynn, like all children, have such a large amount of energy. I wonder how Kim and Alex keep up with these two little busybodies. If there is one thing I learned from getting to hang out with Jaxton and Adelynn is that if I ever get to babysit these two, I better have plenty of adventures planned. I will say if I do have to babysit I will definitely use Jaxton’s love of tractors and equipment to my favor and hopefully spend an afternoon out at my parents' farm where we can take a nice long walk to look at all of the tractors.

It will be so fun to watch these two grow up, and if I am right, these two little apples didn’t fall far from their trees of Alex and Kim, which is a pretty good thing if you ask me.
